Shipping:Orders ship from A.T. Cross Company in Rhode Island. UPS Ground shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on the shipping location. (Ex. NY, NJ, MD are 1-2 business days. OH, IL, IN are 2 business days. MS, FL, GA, are 3-4 business days. TX, CA, NV, NM are 4-5 business days for shipping). Please callif you have questions, or if your order is time sensitive/rush.
Pricing: Engraving is $5.00 per pen, unless free engraving is noted on the pen page in red. To add a second line of engraving, click the checkbox in Step 1 that says "I would like to add a second line".

LASER ENGRAVING ON CHROME PENS:etched on metal pens. It is subtle and elegant; a tone-on-tone champagne colored engraving.
DEEP CUT ENGRAVING ON CHROME PENS:cut deep into the pen, then filled with a color fill of your choice. This engraving is bold and stands out against the chrome finish of the pen.
LASER ENGRAVING ON COLOR PENS:etched on black, blue, or other lacquer/matte color pens. The laser engraving is a bright yellow/golden color.
DEEP CUT ENGRAVING ON COLOR PENS:cut deep into the pen, then filled with a color fill of your choice. This engraving is bold and prominent.

STEP 3: Choose Font
TIMES REGULAR FONT:a serif font that is traditional, classic and refined.
BLOCK FONT:a sans serif font that is clean, modern and casual.
SCRIPT FONT:a script font that is stylish and elegant.

Logo Engraving
Custom logo engraving is an excellent way to personalize Cross pens. Proudly display your branding with custom logo engraving that stands out. Pricing: $5 per pen, plus a one-time setup charge on new orders (see price below). The setup charge will not be on any future orders, please call or email if this is a repeat order.
Artwork: Please upload your artwork below or email artwork to [email protected]. For designs with multiple colors desired, please specify additional colors when you send your artwork.
Proof Approval: 1-2 business days after your order is placed, you will be emailed a pre-production layout for approval.

QUANTITY: The minimum quantity required for all emblem orders is 50 pieces. If you are ordering pen and pencil sets, the minimum quantity required is 25 sets. Please contact us to process an order for pen and pencil sets.

Please select your desired emblem shape. If you aren't sure which shape you'd like or would like a custom shape, please select the custom shape option and we will provide options for you to choose from when sending you the pre-production layouts.
STEP 3 of 4: Upload Artwork

Final Step: Enter Quantity
I understand that a $300.00 one-time setup charge will be added to my order. The setup charge is to cover the cost of producing the custom dies/screen for my design, including all materials, time and labor. This is a one-time charge that will not be on future orders with the same exact design.
Proof Approval: Within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. you will receive a pre-production layout via email for your final approval.
