STANDARD ENGRAVING

All Cross writing instruments have an area on the cap for engraving. Standard caps accept one or two lines of engraving. The barrel section cannot be engraved.

Engraving methods for precious metal caps include drag, deep-cut color filled and laser.

Drag engraving offers a choice of block, script and double-line gothic type styles.

For deep-cut, color filled engraving, type styles include block, script and times regular.  Color fill varies by product.

For standard engraving, production lead time is 5 working days. Please allow ten working days for personalized signature engraving.

SIGNATURE ENGRAVING

Signature engraving is a great way to add a personal touch to a pen.  All you have to do is send us the signature you want on the pen in 300 dpi resolution or mail in a copy to us and we will add it to a Townsend, Century II, Tech 3+, Tech 4 or ATX.  There is a $25.00 setup charge to add the signautre and $5.00 per pen for the engraivng.  Please allow 10 working days to produce a signature pen.

LOGO ENGRAVING

Logo engraving is a custom process that duplicates simplified logos or stylized print. It is available on the engraving panel of all Cross writing instruments. Depending on the product being customized, logo engraving options may include drag, deep-cut without color, deep-cut color-filled, or laser engraving. A complete list of options is noted in the standard engraving section above.

For satin finishes with chrome appointments, laser engraving appears as gold tone. These finishes may also be customized with deep-cut, color-filled engraving with silver-tone.

Laser engraving on all chrome writing instruments appears as tone-on-tone.
