Please Note: Due to recent changes at Cross, we are only able to custom quote clip emblems. Please contact us for pricing and layouts. The production time for pens with clip emblems is approximately 80-90 business days from layout approval. The minimum order quantity is 50 pens.

PRICING
Please contact us for a personalized quote for your custom Cross Pens with clip emblems.
In order to create the mold or die for your custom Cross Pen emblems, there is a one-time setup charge. Custom emblem shapes can be fabricated for additional charges.
Due to recent changes at Cross, we will only be processing clip emblem orders over the phone and via email. All clip emblem orders must be quoted based on the unique and custom design.
In addition to your custom clip emblems, you can also add a location of custom engraving on the side of the pen cap!
ARTWORK
In order to get started, we need your logo vector artwork (.ai or .eps Adobe Illustrator or CDR are the preferred file types). If you cannot provide this artwork, we can redraw most file types (JPG, PDF, TIFF, EPS at 300 dpi or better). An artwork redrawing fee may apply, depending on the detail and time it takes our artists to redraw the logo. If you aren’t sure if you have the correct file, please email us the artwork files and we'll be happy to review them.
We provide free preliminary layouts to assist with the decision making process in addition to official pre-production proofs after an order is placed. Please send all artwork and artwork inquiries to [email protected].
LAYOUTS
Before your order is placed – if you'd like to explore different custom clip emblem designs with your logo, please contact us via phone or email for a FREE development layout. We want you to love your Cross pens – we will help you find the perfect emblem design based on your needs. If you already know what design you'd like, then feel free to skip this step!
*For a free pre-order layout, please note that we will need the vector artwork of your logo (original .ai or .eps file); email artwork to [email protected]. We can accept other file types, but they may need to be redrawn for a small artwork charge.
Your order will not go into production until this proof is exactly how you want it, and is approved by you.
*Final proofs are generally sent within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
QUANTITY
There is a minimum required quantity of 50 pieces for custom clip emblems.
DIE-STRUCK EMBLEMS
Die-struck emblems are great for almost any logo. They are durable, classy, and timeless. Die-struck emblems may be created with different background treatments, and with or without color fill.
Below are images of different die-struck emblem styles. If you know which style you prefer, please indicate this when sending us your artwork.

SILK-SCREEN EMBLEMS
Silk-screen emblems are ideal for highly detailed logos with multiple colors.
Below is an example of a silk-screen clip emblem with clear epoxy coating. All silk-screen emblems are coated with a clear epoxy dome.

EMBLEM PLACEMENT
Emblems may be placed on pens horizontally (shown above) or vertically. The most popular orientation is horizontal placement - this way, the emblem can be viewed clearly when writing with the pen. When emailing us the artwork for your emblems, please indicate which emblem orientation (vertical or horizontal) you prefer. If you do not have a preference, we suggest the standard horizontal placement.
