Ready to order your pens with logo imprint?
PRICING
Logo imprints are $7.50 per pen, plus a one-time logo setup charge of $75 for all first time orders with a new design.
You can imprint almost any Cross pen with your custom logo! All pens with a satin or lacquer finish cap may have an imprint (this excludes polished chrome pens and gold pens).
For first time orders with a logo imprint, there is a one-time logo setup charge of $75. This charge will not be on any future orders; once we create the screen to imprint your logo, we keep it on-hand for your convenient future use!
If you’d like an imprint plus an additional location of customization, please call us at 866-448-0191 for assistance in placing your order. A second location of customization is an additional $7.50 per pen.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is approximately 2 weeks after art approval plus shipping. If you need pens with logo customization sooner, please call us or checkout our Quick Ship pen options which can be logo engraved.

QUANTITY
The minimum quantity for logo imprint orders is 12 pieces, OR for orders under 12 pieces, there is a less-than-minimum charge of $100. Please call us for assistance in processing orders under 12 pieces.
ARTWORK
Email your artwork to [email protected] for fast and free layouts!
We need the original vector artwork (.ai or .eps files are the preferred digital files) in order to replicate your logo on the pens. If you do not have the original vector artwork. If you aren’t sure if you have the correct artwork file, please email artwork files to us and we will check them.
We provide free preliminary layouts to assist with the decision making process, in addition to official pre-production proofs after an order is placed. Please send all artwork and artwork inquiries to [email protected].
LAYOUTS
Before your order is placed –
If you are unsure of the pen style to choose or how your logo will look - please contact us via phone or email for a FREE development layout. We want you to love your Cross pens – we will help you find the perfect pen decoration style based on your needs. However, if you already know what you want – feel free to skip this step!
*For a free pre-order layout, please note that we will need the vector artwork of your logo (original .ai or .eps file); email artwork to [email protected].
After your order is placed and payment is made –
We will send you an official proof which will show you sizing, placement, and detail of your logo engraving before it goes into production. Your order will not go into production until this proof is exactly how you want it, and is approved by you.
*Final proofs are generally sent within 3-5 business days after your order is placed
IMPRINT STYLES
*If you don’t know what kind of imprint you would like, or what would best suite your logo, please contact us for some free layouts and suggestions!
Single Color:
Logo imprints include one color . Keep all the detail of your logo but keep things simple with a one color imprint. Opt for a bright imprint that will make your logo stand out or for a more subtle appearance, opt for a shade or two off of the pen finish.
IMPRINT LOCATIONS
The imprint location for all pens is on the side of the pen cap, 90 degrees from the pen clip. This is the best location for imprints, so that while the pen is being used, the customization is still visible. We are able to imprint on the opposite site of the pen also. If you need more than one imprint location, please call us for a quote and layout!
